Methodology & Audience Profile
We have surveyed 1,462 Indonesians on their mobile network experience. To guarantee the integrity of our research and that the data collected was relevant, participants needed to match the following characteristics:
- Live in Indonesia (Nationwide)
Over 18 years old - Own a smartphone
- Be or have been a client of at least one mobile network operator in Indonesia
Respondents targeting criteria are also cross-referenced with our own databases and verified explicitly in the survey. The location, IP address, social media ID, and geofencing data were used to verify the information of all respondents.
