If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your Standard Insights account. After your current billing period ends, all Pro features (including AI analysis, saved audiences, advanced sharing options, and more) will be disabled. Your project data and customizations will not be deleted, but Pro capabilities will be frozen. Any projects with purchased respondents will remain accessible; however, Pro features will no longer be available for those projects.
If you go over your plan’s response limit, we’ll continue collecting responses from your shared links so you don’t lose any data. However, the extra responses will be locked. To unlock and access them, you can either upgrade to a higher‑capacity plan or purchase additional respondents.
Yes, your projects and data will remain in your account. Free users can still access survey results, but Pro/Enterprise features will be disabled.
You can purchase respondents starting at $3 each. The final price will depend on the country from which you wish to purchase respondents, the demographic criteria, and the audience difficulty, which is calculated in real-time based on the audience interest survey lengths. You can view the pricing breakdown and audience difficulty (IR) live, allowing you to see which factors impact the price.
