What drives panel cost:

Incidence rate (IR) — the proportion of the general population that qualifies for your study based on your targeting criteria. A narrower audience means a lower IR and a higher cost per response. The IR calculator shows you this in real time as you build your audience.

Sample size — the number of verified responses you need. The platform shows you the cost per response and the total fieldwork cost for your target sample before you confirm.

 

Market — panel costs vary by country. The pricing gauge reflects the actual cost of reaching your defined audience in your specified market — not a flat-rate estimate.

The platform tells you whether your target audience exists in sufficient volume before you launch — not after. If your audience definition is too narrow for the sample size you need, you see that in the IR calculator and can adjust before committing.

■ All-in pricing.

How do you ensure respondents are real human consumers?
Two layers of verification: panel provider quality controls at source, and the Standard Insights Data Cleaning Tool during fieldwork — which automatically removes AI-generated responses, speeders, straight-liners, and duplicate submissions before they enter your dataset.
Can I target consumers in a specific city or region rather than a whole country?
Yes. Geographic targeting is available at country, region, and city level in most supported markets. Feasibility and pricing for sub-national geographic targeting is shown in real time in the IR calculator.
What happens if my target audience is too niche for the sample size I need?
The real-time IR calculator shows you audience feasibility before you launch. If your audience definition is too narrow — for example, a very specific behavioural criteria in a small market — the calculator flags this and shows you the estimated fieldwork cost at your current sample size. You can adjust the audience definition or the sample size before committing.
Can I survey my own customer list rather than the global panel?
Deploying studies to proprietary audiences — CRM lists, customer databases, or community panels — is available to Enterprise licence holders. All users can access the global panel.
Is the panel available in all 130+ markets simultaneously?
Yes. Multi-market studies run simultaneously across all specified markets from a single configuration. Feasibility and pricing are calculated per market in real time.
How long does panel recruitment take?
Panel recruitment is factored into the 48-hour report delivery timeline. Standard Insights manages fieldwork — including panel recruitment, quota management, and response monitoring — as part of the managed study process. You do not manage recruitment directly.
Is B2B audience recruitment available?
No. Standard Insights is a consumer research platform. The global panel covers B2C consumer audiences only. B2B decision-maker panels and professional audience recruitment are not currently available.
