What You Get
One consumer research report.
Everything you need to decide.
Not a data file to interpret, and not a deck to sit through.
Charts, personas, verbatim quotes and a written recommendation -
in one link you can share before the meeting starts.
Get Started
Every consumer research report is written on the assumption that the person reading it wasn't the person who ordered it.
Where it lands
Your consumer research report lives somewhere.
It doesn't get sent to you.
Every study is delivered into your own secure workspace, and stays
there.
01
Your own space, not an inbox
Reports land in a workspace that belongs to your team - encrypted,
access-controlled, and kept separate from every other account.
Nothing arrives as an attachment somebody has to
store, forward, or eventually lose track of.
02
You decide who gets in
Share it by link, gate it, or keep it to the people who need it.
Access is yours to grant and yours to withdraw -
which matters when the findings are commercially sensitive, or when
the room includes an agency.
03
It stays there
When somebody asks what that study said about the under-35s, you
open the consumer research report and filter. You don't search your email,
you don't ask us to re-export anything, and the answer takes a
minute rather than a day.
What's inside
What's inside a consumer research report.
Six sections, in the order you'd actually read them.
01 - Introduction
Ten minutes before the meeting, this is all you need.
A short summary of the study scope and a video recap - enough to
walk in knowing what was asked, of whom, and what came back, without
having opened a single table.
02 - Key Takeaways
The answer, before the evidence for it.
Three or four findings written as conclusions rather than
observations - the things you'd say out loud if someone asked what
the study found. The detail sits underneath, for anyone who wants to
challenge it. Every consumer research report leads with the conclusion.
03 - Market Trends
Your result, in context.
Category size, growth, competitive movement and regulatory shifts,
drawn from secondary sources - so a number on its own doesn't get
read as bigger or smaller than it actually is.
04 - Analysis
Every number, cut every way that matters.
When someone in the room asks "is that true for the under-35s too?",
you don't take an action item - you filter it while they're still
asking. Age, region, segment, or groups you define yourself.
05 - Personas
Built from your data, not a template.
Clustered from how your respondents actually answered - who they
are, what they believe, and how they describe your category in their
own words. Detailed enough to hand to a planner without editing.
06 - Survey
Nothing is hidden behind the summary.
Every question, every response, every segment - filter to any of it.
If a stakeholder wants the raw distribution behind a chart, it's two
clicks away, not an email to us.
Optional add-on
And if you want the plan, not just the findings.
Everything above tells you what's true. The Strategic Roadmap tells
you what to do about it — written by one of our strategists from
your data, and available on any consumer research report.
It isn't a summary with verbs in it. It's a commercial plan: what to
do, who signs it off, what it costs, in what order, and under what
conditions you should change your mind.
An argument, stated plainly
The thesis the whole plan rests on, written in a sentence you can
agree with or argue against in a meeting - rather than a summary
nobody can disagree with because it doesn't claim anything.
Recommendations with an owner
Each one names who signs it off, whether it needs new money, and the
specific measure that will tell you whether it worked. Not "consider
exploring" - a decision, assigned.
Including what not to do
Some of the most valuable recommendations stop spending rather than
start it. If the honest answer is to cancel something, the roadmap
says so and shows the numbers behind it.
Sequenced, and costed against reality
What to do first, what depends on what, and what still happens when
the answer to "is there new budget?" is no. A plan that only works
with fresh funding isn't a plan.
What would change the recommendation
The conditions under which the plan should be reversed, what the
data can't prove, and what study would settle it. Most reports hide
their limitations. This one leads with them, because a
recommendation you can stress-test is worth more than one you can't.
Shaped by the decision, not a template
A market-entry roadmap doesn't look like a repositioning roadmap.
The structure follows what you're actually deciding, which is the
point of having a person write it.
Beyond the Report
Most reports get read once.
A consumer research report you can question gets reopened.
Share it your way.
Send a link, public or gated. No 40MB attachment, no version control,
and nobody asking you to re-export it with the latest numbers.

One study, many formats.

Ask it the question you forgot.
Request a new cut, interrogate a finding, or talk to a persona -
inside the report, on any page. The follow-up question doesn't need a
new project.
Split that by region?
Here's that question, cut five ways.
Connect it to your own AI.
Link the report to the assistant your team already uses, and query it
from there alongside everything else you've got.
Consumer research report questions, answered.
What's in a consumer research report?
Six sections. An introduction with the study scope and a short video recap. Key takeaways written as conclusions, not observations. Market trends from secondary sources so a number isn't read out of context. Analysis, where every question can be cut by age, region, segment or groups you define. Personas clustered from your own respondents. And the full survey, with every question and response filterable. A Strategic Roadmap — a costed, sequenced commercial plan — is available as an add-on.
What format does it come in?
A live link you can share, gated or public, plus PowerPoint, PDF and Excel exports. The same findings can also be generated as an infographic, an article, a social carousel or a short video recap. Nothing arrives as an attachment.
Who answers the questions behind it?
170M+ verified consumers across 130+ markets, sourced through Kantar Profiles, Cint and Dynata. Real people, never synthetic. Every response passes geolocation, speed and consistency checks plus a manual review before it reaches analysis.
This is the consumer research report you get, every time.
See it on your own project.
